8. No Contractual Relationship

Use of asearchz.online requires no registration and no user account. No contractual relationship is established between the user and Graham Miranda UG. A right of withdrawal under Section 312g BGB (Consumer Withdrawal) does not exist because asearchz.online is a free, ad-free private search service.

No automated decision-making (including profiling) within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
